We introduce to you OM-SUBI (om SUE bee), a Japanese favorite takeaway "fast" food, slowly prepared and using organic ingredients as much as possible. Our OM-SUBI come in traditional Japanese flavors (vegan and gluten-free options available). They are made with rice, shaped into triangles, and wrapped in nori seaweed. Some OM-SUBI have fillings in the middle, other OM-SUBI have freshly roasted seeds sprinkled around them. We hand-make each OM-SUBI in small batches with love and care.
