OM-SUBI
Introducing OM-SUBI (om SUE bee), the enlightening Japanese Rice Balls, to Salt Spring Island! Japanese favorite takeaway "fast" food, slowly prepared with love and care.
Our OM-SUBI come in traditional Japanese flavors, all VEGAN and GLUTEN-FREE. Some OM-SUBI have fillings in the middle, other OM-SUBI have freshly roasted seeds sprinkled all around them. We hand-make each OM-SUBI in small batches, some with freshly roasted seeds, to make sure that they are super fresh.
